Our stay here was great. The staff is nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and I was even able to get a crib for my daughter. The breakfast in the morning was good with lots of options. They also have tons of restaurants very close to the hotel that are delicious and convenient.

This place has went down hill! I made a video and put it on my YouTube channel. 3 times in a row my room was nasty! Not just dirty but NASTY!!! The lady running the place said that I shouldn't stay there if I thought it was nasty. That's all she had to say for herself! Go on up a little further to Braselton, it's worth the drive!

I'm an IHG Platinum member and have stayed at this hotel dozens of times over the past few years. Today, I called to cancel a reservation because the people I am scheduled to meet with have COVID and cancelled our meeting. The Holiday Inn Express of Bethlehem management reduced to cancel the reservation because of their cancellation policy. I'm getting charged for the stay even those I cannot go because of COVID. My company uses this hotel regularly and I will be recommending to cease doing so.

The hotel, which is only about 5 years old, is not being maintained to the level we would expect of a Holiday Inn. As a result, we checked out a day early and only received a partial refund for the night we didn't stay. I wish we had read the reviews from the past year or so, as they reflect what we experienced. We went with the fact it was new and we had people we knew who stayed there 5 years ago.
