I went in last Wednesday and had my dip removed and just wanted gel polish on my real nails. Less than 24 hours later my gel polish was peeling off on the sides. I lost all my polish on my left hand and all but 2 nails on my right. I was unable to go in Thursday or Friday due to my work schedule so I went in today to have them fix it. They were extremely rude and said I needed to identify the girl who did my nails on Wednesday. I explained where I was sitting and said the girl on Wednesday was not wearing a mask and everyone was today so it was difficult for me to see who it was. I asked if just someone could fix my nails and make it right. The lady kept telling me I needed to try to remember who it was. I will not be going back. They apparently do not stand behind their work and they are extremely rude. I didn’t keep my receipt but I can show on my bank where I was charged $45 on Wednesday.

The salon was clean and I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Once I made my selection of services, the technician tried to convince me to change my mind repeatedly. I did not like being made to feel like I had to purchase a more expensive service than what I requested. I felt like the attention to detail was sub-par since I declined the more expensive service.

I received a regular pedicure, just basic. Either they’ve gone up in their prices for he overcharged me. It was not worth $31. Make sure you know what you’re getting before you sit in a chair.
