Where I haven’t been feeling well at all, I ended up going to the wrong location, yet alone the wrong place. My fault. They were about to help me cancel my other appointment I had and made me one on site at the Bethlehem location. Both people in the front of the office were great, so nice and helped.

I paid $111 here 3 weeks ago, no insurance
If u have insurance it's free but when I ask bout my daughter with no insurance it would be $111.00

No there is no copay just what is on front of your card. If you can't pay now they will still see you and let you pay later. I hope this helps you, get well soon.
