This place is very unprofessional I get there at 6:00 they have only one patient on the lobby and they refused to check me because they were close to closing, waste of time!

Go in and wait for 30 min or so in the lobby which is reasonable. Then placed in a room checked for Covid which is pretty normal now a days. After waiting about an hour the nurse peeks in and asked if I needed water and that I was next to be seen (which was very nice of her) after another hour of waiting and still being “next to be seen” I guess(?) I get up and open the door to walk out the same nurse comes to me and asked if I needed something. I simply said no I am done waiting and I am leaving. She apologized…… To top this I had to pay $6.00 to park only to have a Q tip stuffed into my brain and wait to be seen for almost 3 hours. Dignity you have work to do, improvements must be made! You are loosing patient to other providers who have “Urgentcare” better dialed in. And BTW I had better not get a bill for this visit (if you call it that).

Parking is a HUGE challenge. You can't park in the small lot between Glen Dairy and Mercy (Glen Dairy patient parking only). You can't park in the lot on the corner of Alhambra Boulevard/R Street (accessible only from the alley), this is for Glen Dairy employees only. AND, You can't park in the other lot (between Glen Dairy's employee parking and the 6 story building where the state office for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is located. The lot directly behind this building (located at 1727 30th Street) is for Caltrans employees and contractors. The Mercy Parking entrance is located across the street from the front of the Caltrans building (corner of 30th and R) and underneath the freeway. Street parking is available for free but most of it is 1 hour only. The exception is on Alhambra on the east side of the street (next to the Cannery parking garage) where there is no time limit. If you have a handicap placard/plate you may park anywhere on the street with no time limit.
