We brought our one-year old on a Friday evening around 9pm after he developed a fever of 103 degrees and a cough. We were visiting from Southern California so we couldn’t access our regular network of providers. Thankfully this place was open and accepted both my insurance and my wife’s so there was no charge for this visit. We received a prescription and was able to pickup from Walgreens nearby within an hour.

My first impression with the urgent care is RUDE and DISGUSTING! 😷 The staff is very rude. I called to get directions to the urgent care and the receptionist told it was on the left hand side Family Fitnesses. So naturally I drove to the Family Fitness park in front and only see the building next to it says Chiropractor in big, red, letters. So I called again and very nicely asked their office was in the Chiropractor, the receptionist gave me attitude and told me that “the office is on the left side of family fitness.” This made me very frustrated. I just her thank you and ended the call. Using the gps I finally arrived there. The office IS NOT on the left hand side of Family Fitness! The office is BEHIND the Family Fitness. Here that BEHIND. And is in a brown building, that has poor lighting, and is very sketchy. Also this leads me to my next point this place is unsafe. The building surrounding the area are all closed, the lights of the parking lot are very dim, and the parking lot is very dark. If you are a Single Mother I HIGHLY suggest you do not go to this place alone‼️ As I got out of my car a homeless man asked to used my phone. I said now but it took him a while to go away. Unfortunately the urgent care has a wooden door, that has no idea ay of seeing in or out and their office has no window. So it was just me and that man and my 4 year old daughter in a dark parking lot. Finally the smell of this place is disgusting ‼️😷 it’s smells like rotten poop 💩‼️ And I feel horrible being here! This place is disgusting and I’m not allowing my daughter to be seen here ‼️

Unprofessional and incompetent. I took my 3 year old in due to high fever up to 104.0. We told the nurse that she might be having a Flu since her classmate was diagnosed a week ago. We wanted her to be tested but was told they don't have the means to do so. His recommendation was that "let the body fight it, no need for medication even Tylenol, high fever is normal" What! and "let's do ANTIBIOTICS because if it's bacterial, she'll respond and if it's viral, then we know because she won't improve!" First, high fever is dangerous, second, why are you putting my baby at unnecessary risk for antibiotic resistance? So ridiculous.

My 8 month old was sick and had to find an urgent care at 9 PM since most pediatric urgent cares close earlier especially on a Sunday night. Not only were they open but they took our insurance. We thought because of the time that we would be pulling a late night but we were actually taken back right away and in and out in 25 minutes. What a pleasant experience. The entire staff was very nice. The medicine the doctor prescribed cleared my son up right away and all is calm again in our household. We will definitely be back if we need an (unwanted but neccessary) after hour doctor for my kids. Satisfied mom here!
