These people don't care who you are or what your medical needs are. I found that out last week. I'll be changing tomorrow, River City is is a joke!

Absolutely. You can switch carriers at anytime by contacting your county office. Sometimes this can. Also, sometimes your primary care physician can also assist you as well.
