Have come here and seen this place dig it's own grave. Literally what I mean about is their care team is not effecctive at helping folks in gap care. Had a doctor named "blessing"yell at me and talk very lowly to me. I left after she kept using abusive language and told.her to fix her attitude. I will be writing a formal grievance and talking to the county board to seee what's going on.

I went in after two weeks of rolling panic and anxiety attacks coupled with sleep issues. I was an absolute mess, after having tried the normal urgent care, my primary care physician and even online therapists. From the moment I came in after another night of no sleep and 18 hours straigh of anxiety attacks, everyone was caring, attentive and LISTENED to what I was going through. There was no judgement, no pushing my symptoms or distress aside, just truly caring professionals who talked through my issues and made me feel calm and cared about. I cannot thank the staff there enough, especiall Dr Blessing. She is a beautiful, caring person and I felt better just being in her presence. This facility is amazing and I don't know what I would have done without being able to access it.

Was told to come here during an emergency, after my local clinic had too many patients and had been too full. Was turned away and told I wasn't allowed back until I was suicidal. What's the point?

If you need to navigate here during a crisis, do not use the address provided for GPS or Lyft/Uber/Etc. it will direct you or your driver to a dead end street behind the facility.

Relax and slow it down, give yourself a pep-talk and remain calm. Make sure you follow your own standards, to reassure yourself that things will be alright at work.

Be aware, it's not hard for them to extend a 5150 to a 5250, then they can keep you for up to 14 days.
