My one star is for the rotten customer service I just received from the associates inside the Stonecrest Mall Bath and body works……the first associate saw me walk in and turned her back. When I got to the counter the young lady Eboni didn’t speak just shook her head when I asked a question. They were not quite up yet, I guess, I came in too early?! Everyone was dry as the desert. After waiting a few minutes for them to get the table up for pickup orders. She handed me my bag and I left. No thank you….. have a great day nothing. I guess it’s too much to ask for as a customer. Customer service is critical when you want people to continue to patronize your establishment. I will go to the moon before I keep giving my hard earn money to businesses that continue to hire people that don’t wanna work, or it’s seems that you are bothering them when your coming into the store. I’ll go to Conyers next time….. Customer service there is stellar! I know my monies are pennies and want make a difference but I don’t care. I will use Vaseline before I continue to buy stuff and get the kind of service I received today.
