It is my first time ever rent a car in US. Had my booking through online one day before. Pickup and later drop off handover process was quick, done in minute.. Car was clean, gas fill up 3/4 full. Receptions assistant friendly and explain clearly their policies and add on options. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience! Excellent, professional, helpful, and friendly staff. We needed a rental while searching for a new car after our old one was totaled and they treated us right, even converting our rental to a one-way when the new car we found was in Portland. I rented a pickup truck. They call to confirm a few days before that I was going to pick up the truck. The truck was clean and operated well. my only gripe with Enterprise is that with the satellite offices they only fill the tank to 1/2. It's not a big deal, but it's a little more effort to return it with just a half tank. I prefer if they fill the tanks all the way. That would have saved me some time as I had to make two stops at the service station. One to fill it all the way up for my trip. And a second time to top it off to one half. I rented the truck again this past weekend. As before, the vehicle was clean and operated as expected. Regarding the gasoline, this time they delivered it with one quarter tank. I filled the tank and then went about my errands. I returned the vehicle with 5/8 tank full of gas. As much as $20 worth above a quarter tank. However, Enterprise would not give me a credit for the fuel that left in the tank. I believe Enterprise should deliver the vehicles with a full tank of gas regardless of where you pick them up. Alternatively, they could give me a credit for the fuel that I leave in the tank beyond what it was delivered with.

The office north of 149th st. rents cars and, the location just south of 145th st. sells cars.
Depends on car size, time of year, options purchased at time of rental and insurance. Best way to get an estimate is visit the website and compare.
