Horrible experience. This was our first time to dine in. Staff was terrible. A wait to get seated, fine. A wait to get our drink order taken, fine. Long time to get drinks and to be told sorry we don't have the wine you ordered, fine. Took FOREVER to get appetizers, fine. But then it got worse. After she set down our garlic knots & cheese sticks, as she walked off she said, I'll put in your meal order now. I about fell out, we'd already ordered and been waiting forever, I thought our dinners would be right behind the appetizers. So we waited anyways, wanting to support to the local restaurants. Only for her to come back out 30 minutes or more later and tell us she needed our order again. I said you mean it's not turned in yet? She said, yes it is I just can't get the ticket back from the kitchen and I need the items for the ticket for ringing you up later. She wanted every details, like the "no anchovies", why would you need that unless you were actually turning in the ticket to the kitchen? After a few minutes, someone in our party went back and found her and said, are you sure it was turned in previously. She said, oh yes, the pizza is in the oven. After having been there about an hour and half, we were going to miss the mini golf place we'd plan to go to because they would be closing in the next hour. So we decided to leave. Despite all the inconveniences, they still tried to get us to pay for the entire ticket, and we said no, it wasn't even turned into the kitchen. Several staff members were so confused as they knew nothing was cooking in the kitchen and they said, you mean you haven't gotten your food yet? But they STILL charged us for: two teas, one coke, small garlic knots (I think they charged us for a large) and mozzarella sticks for a total of $30. Didn't even comp the drinks after the horrible wait we had. When we left, we had to run to mini golf on empty stomachs and make sandwiches at home afterwards as everything in town was closed. The server was unprofessional, and quite frankly seemed out of sorts. Go to Cafe Italiano or anywhere else. Snappy's is overpriced anyways, the ambiance was poor, and the service is terrible. I deeply regret giving them any money or my time at all.

The service was excellent, the food was delicious. Come hungry, because when you leave you want be. I would definitely eat here again. I also would recommend this restaurant to other people.

Good baked pasta and mozzarella sticks Hot wings were terrible not crispy and had I weird sweet taste not really any Buffalo sauce taste like someone rolled them in WAY too much chilly powder. And felt/looked like they were baked not fried.. and for $12 for a 10 count... is kinda sad.

Hidden gem! We were craving pizza and found this little place. The wait was long and we wanted to see the sunset and we knew we would miss it if we waited, but the man in the kitchen said "go see the sunset and I'll be here to make your pizza when you get back". The hours are until 9:00 p.m. but we got back right at 9:00 and they made sure we got our pizza. They are short staffed just like everyone so be patient. The pizza was delicious!!! The staff was amazing, kind, and they go out of their way to make sure they accommodate everyone! Definitely give this place a try.

Yes Vicki, they're open in December. Give em a try! Mary, could I ask why you said not to go there?
The usual: mask and social distancing. Food is worth it
