I cannot express how genuine, kind, and hospitable the owners were. The campground is in such a great location with easy access into town. Their gift shop is very nice with so many really great items. Definitely a highlight to our trip!! They care about a genuine, safe and peaceful environment and made us feel so appreciated and accommodated. Definitely loved getting to meet the owners. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time while in Maggie Valley and surrounding area. We really enjoyed staying at Hillbilly Campground which was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. The campground is small but had good sites next to Campbell Creek and was quite and peaceful. The owners, Richard and Stacey were very nice and very helpful. We will be staying at this campground again.

We have stayed in Maggie Valley Hillbilly Creekside Campgrounds for the past month. It is a small campground which allows a laidback couple, Richard and Stacey to help you if you need it or they will just visit with you. They make you feel right at home. The campground is quiet and clean. If you like nature, you can sit by the creek and watch the ducks. Or watch the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks as they shoot around the grounds. Nearby you can walk to gift shops. In fact, Stacey has a cute one right in front of the campgrounds. You are within walking distance to a park across the street, restaurants, and entertainment. If none of that feels good just visit with your neighbors, they are friendly too, or just relax and read a book. We like it here and you will too!
