The room was nice and clean and the staff was nice. Great location too! It went south for us before check out. Me and my wife went to get breakfast and came back a little after 10. Checkout was at 11am. Upon our return we found all of our property had been removed and thrown away. The cleaner I think his name is Anthony lives there. Turns out it was not thrown away but in his room. My wife saw him bring it out. We did get some things back but lost a lot. We love that area, but we will not go back there.

Beautiful and quaint motel right on the Hwy in Maggie valley, NC. Room Was exceptionally clean and no musty smells. Beautiful views of the mountains while relaxing in the rocking chairs outside your room. Putt golf Nextdoor and eateries abound.

Let's be honest, if you are coming to Maggie Valley for a ski weekend this is a good hotel to stay. It's clean, cozy, nice and warm rooms, very comfortable. It's NOT a luxury hotel but you will get the rest you need. " Recommendation for the management" please declutter the lobby area to make it more appealing, other than that I would stay again. Also, you can bring your pets.

Castlewood Inn is in the heart of beautiful Maggie Valley. This comfortable and cozy motel will not disappoint you. My room was clean and inviting. A very comfortable king size bed was a comfy pleasure after my adventures in Maggie Valley, Waynesville and Asheville. The office manager was attentive and always available for anything I needed. Castlewood Inn is the best place to stay in Maggie Valley. They're also pet friendly. Thank you for a wonderful week at your Inn.πΎπΊπ
