Great Location, Great Park, Clean and well kept. The staff was waiting for me at the entrance to guide me to my site at the scheduled time. Helped unload my Slingshot and parked my trailer for me. Trimmed a tree back that was going to hit my slide. All Employees I encountered over my 7 day stay were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for anything else.

We love the cleanliness of the park and the fact that the owners are on site to make sure no one gets unruly. The park is well maintained. The staff makes sure pet owners pick up after their pets so you don't get unwanted surprises while walking your pet or just going for a stroll. It's a close walk to town and a short drive to larger shopping. Walkways come right to the front of the park. The sites are ampl and are not muddy. The staff greets you and helps you get into your site and make sure you get hooked up correctly. The park hosts are helpful and friendly. The elk come out in the evening and are a joy to watch. We go back at least once a year.

If I could give Cross Creek and its owners 10 stars I would. The park is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just the right spot to enjoy Maggie Valley. They like you to call about 10 minutes prior to arrival so they can meet you on their golf cart to take you to your site. What really blew us away is the amazing support we got from the owner Debbie when our motorcycle broke down in Cashiers, NC which is about and hour and twenty minutes from the park. Cashiers is a very small town with limited services. We were able to get a tow truck to take the motorcycle back to our RV, but had no way to get ourselves back to the park. No Uber, Lift, taxi, limo service, nothing and we tried everything. As a long shot I called Cross Creek, Debbie answered I told her about our situation and asked if she knew anyone I could pay to come get us. She said she would pick us up, she did just that, and was insistent that we not pay her. Wow. We enjoyed getting to know her on the way back. She’s a delight and my wife and I will find some other way to say thank you. We highly recommend this park!

Really nice place. This was our first destination in our new class C. Took us 3 hours roughly from Charlotte. Great site, quiet, friendly people. Also nice views of the mountains in the valley. Will most certainly return.
