We bought our Kingsize bed from this company a few years ago... we didn't get much help in the store, staff weren't friendly, the finance company was horrible to deal with and the bed is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever bought for $1000. I will never buy from them again. The bed lasted maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years.... I now am going to have to look for a good quality bed.

If I could give more than 5 stars iwould. I bought two nightstands and only one was delivered and when I opened the box I noticed it had been dropped. I called and the associate told me to bring the broken one to get swapped out and she would give me the one that I hadn't received. I got to the store and told her my name and they had me pull up to the front door and I was met there with 2 brand new nightstands and I gave them the broken one. One of the easiest experiences I've ever had. Great customer service like this doesn't hardly exist anymore.

They had what I wanted in stock it took a few minutes for the worker to find the item because it was not showcased on the floor. But I was able to get in and out in 20 minutes.

I may call the better business bureau. I paid for a bedroom set upfront. I had to wait 4 weeks which turned into 6 weeks. Then when i went to finally pick it up. They had switched the style of the bedroom set and wasnt gonna even notify. Claiming thats the new style. I wanted what i paid for. So they call to another store and claim they have the style i want and they will get it delivered to my house i wait a week and no bedroom. So i call and they tell me they have it at the store. I go to pick it up i checked the item numbers with my receipt get it home and its still the wrong style. So here it is june and im sitting here with a bed in a box that i dont want.

Same thing I said, gotta jump thru 100 loops back & forth for your own money, American freight will never get my business again #Ever and I will continue to call and write the corporate office because that's not how you handle business #Period u know?
Their business, needs MAJOR upgrades, overpricing for half darn jobs, then want to cop and attitude behind folks on money, no baby I won't stop here the Corporate Office going to get tired of me. 10-14 days was all Lies,,, then they get on the phone & walk off so Corporate can only hear their side. No baby you gonna hear me as well, that was none of you guys money. I'm leaving 20 messages a day since I called continuously for what was mine
Ain't that some BULL MESS,,, they sad,, it seems like to me AMERICAN FREIGHT IS BUILT ON LIES & HUSTLE,,,do anything for a buck, surprise they didn't charge you to come in your house and analyze before moving anything. My fight just began
