I may call the better business bureau. I paid for a bedroom set upfront. I had to wait 4 weeks which turned into 6 weeks. Then when i went to finally pick it up. They had switched the style of the bedroom set and wasnt gonna even notify. Claiming thats the new style. I wanted what i paid for. So they call to another store and claim they have the style i want and they will get it delivered to my house i wait a week and no bedroom. So i call and they tell me they have it at the store. I go to pick it up i checked the item numbers with my receipt get it home and its still the wrong style. So here it is june and im sitting here with a bed in a box that i dont want.
They pullee the old bait and switch over on us. We WILL NOT BUY from there again. We were loyal customers for years and bought a lot of furniture from their. After the last trick they pulled, then refusing to honor what a previous employee ( who is no longer there) sold us on layaway then refusing sayong it wasn't the item. We gabe them a chance to make it right but they didny even try. Farewell American Freight.
I purchased a living room set, and bed room set.. paid cash up front And had to wait 2 weeks for my sofa to come in:. Then when I went to pick my furniture up.. I was told that my dresser was sold to another customer.. so meaning I had to wait another week for another order to come in..
They need new policies that are legitimate, they need employees who go to work to work and leave their problems at home because some have reckless attitudes, but they was playing with a #Wrecker and I got to the bottom of getting my funds, more information coming soon
