I honestly don't know where I would be without this group. It isn't really a co-op but rather a network of homeschooling families. Don't get me wrong...the group hosts amazing classes, field trips, and activities but that is just the tip of the iceburg. Members are able to offer classes of their own and use the Homeschooling Heroes group to find interested students. If people are willing to teach, or even to just facilitate, a class odds are they will be able to find other families eager to participate. The classes being offered are as diverse as the membership itself. We tried a few other homeschooling groups when we first started but this was definitely the right fit for us.

Homeschooling Heroes established and led by Mary Catherine is a true treasure for our local community and beyond! It provides an endless amount of experiences, classes and unique opportunities for every homeschooler of any age. Along with Mary there are many other parents in the group that also contribute their own time and talents to truly make this group outstanding. My son and I have been blessed to be a part of HSH for the past 2 years. He has made lasting friendships and been able to learn, play, and grow alongside kids of all ages and backgrounds. This is a wonderful community to be a part of!
