In response to the message the "Owner" left. I willl Gladly take down my review as soon as the issues with the sectional are resolved. my review is not dishonest i never said u didnt take care of me on my table and chairs i am referring to specifically the sectional. the table and chairs were taken care of and i appreciate that but i am only specifically referring to the sectional. I let the manager know that not only was it a comfort thing it was a part thing as well. You only scheduled a service call AFTER i left the 1 star review. Like i said i will gladly update the review as long as im took care of Thank you again.

Yes, we do sell window units. What size are you looking for?
Usually around 10am during the weekdays and 9am on Saturdays. Once the merchandise is loaded on the truck, we do call the customer to let them know that their merchandise has been loaded and what stop they are. Once en route, the delivery guys call the delivery before to inform the customer that they are on the way.
