Main advise I will suggest is to have a good lawyer or attorney ready, know your renter rights and hire an inspector before/after signing that lease agreement. Your water bill will be roughly an extra $100 a month which includes sewage and the outside hallway lighting(Non-JEA water and sewage). Which that same sewage is being pushed out of the manholes most mornings. So when you go for a nice morning walk. Enjoy the smell of all your neighbors wastes running up your nose. I could say more but after stating that you will need a lawyer when moving to The Cove at Atlantic Beach. Enough said. Also the pool has been closed since May for contaminated waters.

Would like to give a 5-star review specifically for the assistant manager (I think that's his title) of the complex, Isaac. My AC was not working properly and I put in a service request to have it fixed. After waiting a couple of days, I went to the office to check on the status of the request. Isaac was in the office and he said he would come look at it himself. He was able to give it a temporary fix and then he had someone come to the apartment immediately to resolve the problem. I've never had someone who worked in the office at an apartment I've lived in come and fix the issue themselves, even if it was temporary. I'm grateful for his willingness to do that and for his background in maintenance!
