The apartments look good, seem pretty clean. Lots of speed bumps everywhere, which is a bit hard to drive on, but ok, considering the purpose. Seems pretty quite, seen people coming from somewhere or going somewhere in swimming clothes and swimming stuff, so i assume there is a pool in the community.

Not sure but they take pretty good care of the complex. Late 70' or 80's. I have been here almost 5 years.

You would have to call the office to find out, I've bounced around different buildings here and it's been between 950 and 1100 depending on how many rooms you want. But ive lived here 3 years and no complaints about it.
