Yes, all residents of Park at Rossini are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Park at Rossini. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month.
