It was very easy to order our group reservations (28 of us); and there was great communication as the event date got close with waivers ahead of time, reminders and weather updates! Quickly processed our group on the day we arrived so that our friends could get their tubes and get on the slopes quickly. (And very accommodating with a fast refund for a couple that had to cancel at the last minute, too.) A very fun, easy afternoon at Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing Park that we hope to repeat again soon. What a lovely atmosphere! No long lines. Happy and thrilled kids! The conveyor belt was super handy. And it was well staffed. There is a snack window for hot chocolate + snacks. Bathrooms are outside which isn’t ideal, but there were plenty of them. Staff was all kind and helpful!

Wow, what an amazing experience! I love providing reviews that provide both positives and negatives so that a company may have something to grow from, but I can't. Lines moved fast, price was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful. Not often does my family (2 boys 8 and 6) and my wife and I all get to equally enjoy something, but this was one of those times. These may sound like rambling but it's hard to type when I'm speakless at how truly amazing this experience was.

Great family-friendly place! We had a blast. Lanes 4 & 5 were way faster than the others. We had 2 children under 3 who only wanted to try the tubing one-time, it would be more affordable if there was a lower cost for their small age group (Create a fee per ride for the younger children).
