Interesting venue with great prices. Food was fine. They don’t sell adult beverages so don’t expect a cold beer. I’d stop in again if I’m back that way.

Cute little spot less than a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Good food and service. Entrees come with 2 sides (many options) and a roll. My husband had pot roast, which he said was some of the best he ever had. I got fried chicken strips, which were typical but good. We shared homemade apple pie (delicious) ala mode. $32 including tax.

Pretty cool looking place. Service was fast. Food was not that great. Fried pickles were good except the dipping sauce. Tasted like it was spoiled. The burger was frozen and not cooked all the way in center. The hot dogs were cold and seemed un cooked. Had the taste of potted meat. Very odd hotdogs. The mozzarella sticks were really good. Most of the waitresses had some kind of jewelry going through their nose. That must be a thing. I will not be back. Good luck.

Place was packed when we stopped but had a table available for us. The popcorn shrimp was cooked perfectly as was the fried okra. If you are looking for good country cooking at a reasonable price, this is the place!
