Had a 2 bedroom unit. Clean, discounts, balcony, country setting next to the pond. Love love love it, staff was very nice and activities were fun. Several things to do on property.

This place is so out of date. They had a pool before but now their is no pool. Nothing to do. Rooms are awfully out of date. Closet doors broken , carpet is stained, toilet was lose when we flushed it water started coming over the top and from below had throw the towels in the floor to keep the water from going on the already nasty carpet. Told the lady up front at check in and she replied that it would have to wait until tomorrow, we have no house keeping here to bring you any. She sent maintenance out, he fixed the toilet, I showed him in the master bedroom that the TV was hanging on one screw. He didn't fix that but he did at least go get us some towels. This is by far the worst Blue Green resort We have stayed at I thought the Sea Glass at Myrtle beach was but no..... As owners we have to pay maintenance fees every year, this is supposed to go towards maintaining the resorts, someone must be pocketing the monies there in Banner Elk NC and the Sea Glass at Myrtle, I WOULDN'T SUGGEST BUYING INTO BLUE GREEN.

I really liked this place. Despite the reviews I had read saying run down and musty smelling. The room I had was spacious, clean and quite enjoyable. Will definitely go back.

The resort was excellent for our family of three. We actually spent most of our time in the game room and doing crafts, which was a lot of fun. The staff were so friendly! There is a mini-golf course and a lake filled with trout also. We wish the pool and playground would have been open. The unit was large and comfortable although definitely in need of some upgrades. It was nice to be at the bottom of Sugar Mountain and closer to Banner Elk instead of having to deal with winding roads every day. Overall, we would absolutely stay again!

Yes grills and one main fire pit.
There were multiple spots in front of our unit. We were in the two bedroom units
No golf carts for rent. There are paddle boats to use on the pond.
No license needed and it is catch and release only... Was rainbow trout when I was there.
But there are a good bit of gift shops nearby that should have children's books. Linville Caverns, Grandfather Mountain etc.
Pet policy: No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.
I would call and see
They normally bloom between the end of May and beginning of June.
