This Lowes has been so reliable for us for many years. From ordering appliances to making keys. Staff is always available to help us find what we are looking for. Store is always tidy & well maintained. Every once in a while they could probably use an extra cashier but I’d say the same of just about anywhere else I go to now.

Horrible. I bought a refrigerator in store that was to be delivered. They picked up my old one and three days later I am still waiting for my new refrigerator to be delivered. No one has called me. I have called them and no one answers. Ever. I was put on hold shuffled around and to date still have not received any answer or any refrigerator.

Our favorite place to go. We always seem to have a new project so the convenience and the affordability of Lowe's is ideal for our needs. ! Plus great customer service every visit!

Whoever picks the inventory for the store Should be fired They clearly have never built anything, why would you only stock swivel casters and not the matching straight caster got to go with them? Could you imagine the chaos in your store if all of your carts only had swivel casters on all four corners. The plumbing department especially very few items in the store are in the actual location that they say they are I would have bought three 36 inch B vent today but they were all the way on the top shelf and what is taking too long to find somebody to get them down because they're no longer on display so you're lost out on $300 sale because the store next door is easier, yesterday I wanted a rough in shower valve even though the website says they had them I wasted an hour drive time to go there and they're not there at all,
