Oh my !!! What a wonderful dinner out …. From the polite and friendly staff to the cocktails ( very fresh) … the appetizers SIMPLY DELICIOUS…. Then the entree … wow wow wow ! I am flexible and I do not have super high expectations ( always try to find the good) in any restaurant we try or frequent… but this little gem is a simply the best meal and overall experience we have had living in the high country…. KEEP It up.. wonderful experience on every level, THANK YOU.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. The food is absolutely superb! Cocktails are always amazing and super fresh. The wine list is most certainly on point to complement the incredible food prepared by the chef. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you sit down and after you take the very last bite, the staff works harmoniously together and never misses a beat. Service is always attentive with no detail unnoticed. The best part about this location is the very tranquil and relaxing setting. I have personally dined here for many years. Our event team has also had the pleasure of hosting amazing private events for clients. The setting lends itself for a lovely night out with family and friends without a pretentious vibe. The food is always fresh and very consistent. It is a must when you visit the Banner Elk area! I would highly recommend trying one of everything on the menu;) If I was able to give them 10 stars, I would!!!!

Service was phenomenal! Sarah was our bartender and all her recommendations were spot on. My wife and I ate there two days in a row and felt like we were truly welcomed. The staff was courteous and attentive. Food was at our places in a timely manner. The drinkers were great. Small bourbon selection, but it was the right bourbon selection. Will definitely visit this restaurant on our next trip to the banner elk town!!!

I am a female solo traveler. Typically when I go into a restaurant of this caliber, I am asked to sit at the bar or I am put at a small 2 top in the corner. Not at LP on Main. Matt, the host, sat me at a beautiful table outside.. A four top..... which means they could have sat 4 people there. Katie, my wonderful server, was attentive and kind. Sometimes when you're a female solo traveler you get treated like a pariah, but not at this excellent restaurant. Just go. You won't regret it!
