One of the best hotel's I've ever stayed in! Very beautiful grounds and interior. Very nice rooms and huge nice pool. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Roni and Shannon and a young lady I didn't see her name tag but they were all friendly. If I am ever in Banner Elk again, I will definitely stay here. The Breakfast was amazing as well!

Other than the shower controls being kind of strange it was great! I rolled in at 12:25am and the front desk was happy as can be. If I return to banner elk I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

My spouse and I had a bad experience at a place first day into our honeymoon and we were quickly looking for somewhere better to stay. I honestly wish we had stayed here the entire trip in the first place! We had the king suite and it was absolutely amazing! All of the staff was very friendly as well as the safety of social distancing in their facility and with wearing masks. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful!! We will definitely be coming back!!

We stay here at least once a year around early February, always happy to come back every time. This time especially was one of my favorite, Roni at the front desk was exceptional with her top notch southern hospitality. She made us feel right at home and was helpful with all of our needs. As always Christine was a pleasure, she's a joy to see every year! If I could give the customer service 10 stars I would. The only negative thing which if I'm correct isn't really the hotels people that do the breakfast, Wednesday February 9th the ladies were great and nice. But unfortunately Thursday morning was a different story, the lady serving breakfast was definitely not happy to be there and treated me like I was a burden. Ending it with this, Shannon the manager was great and reached out to us about an issue that honestly wasn't a big deal, not enough to mention here. All the ladies were on their game! Thanks for everything ladies!
