They were wonderful on the phone and thoughtful when I arrived. The techs were so kind and loving to my Buster. We didn't stay because his vitals were stable and he appeared to be better by the time we got there. I didn't have to pay because he didn't see a doctor. I'd recommend and would go back if I need them in the future.

With the sudden passing of our puppy, we received stoicism and support from the staff. These are essential workers who experience death, morbidity, and the trauma inflicted on the parent of these animals. Poorly rating such an entity on Google is unfortunate. No empathy; no updates on the status of your pet; was not told all discharge information; had to go back and get antibiotics and pain meds for animal; they said they would email me the vets report but haven’t seen that yet. Called place 2 times to check in on pet but but no one answered phone call. They had a staff meeting in the middle of the day from 12:00-2:00 so animals attention had to wait until after that meeting! Never again will I go to this place!
