Was picked up from the body shop by a nice gentlemen who is their detailer. Promptly taken back to Enterprise. I was on the books to rent a van. After deciding the vans tires were not adequate, they upgraded me at the same price to a Tahoe. Reasonable pricing. Clean salesman and friendly. Will edit after drop off so be pricing and time length of rental was correctly followed through.

This is an updated review for our second rental (June '22) with Steve, who is now the manager of the Eldersburg location. I am copy and pasting the letter I sent to him and his management team~ Stephen.. You have gone above and beyond and have made our trip the best experience ever! An enjoyable trip can be made or broken by the experience with the planning and the and details that go into it. My husband had a life threatening injury in October. The last few months have been very difficult for our family. He has had multiple surgeries along with many complications as a result. Therefore, this trip was a much needed get away for all of us! We have only just started on our journey and because of the exceptional experience with our rental, it has been an absolute pleasure and has started us out on a series of details just beautifully falling into place! The rental is just perfect and has made everything so easy and enjoyable. The care you have given us is exemplary. Professional all the way. My vehicle was very clean and in great shape. I was given a ride home when dropping back off. Thanks for a great experience compared to my bad one in Owings Mills!

When we had 1 of our company truck's stolen. Our insurance company referred us to Enterprise in Eldersbug. Nick was very polite and professional to deal with over the 5 week rental. Great experience 😁
