Not impressed with this company's products. I ordered three palettes of sod and only one was good grass. The second was cut so thin it fell apart as you soon as picked it up and the third was so dry it fell apart as well. The pieces are not cut uniformly - some are huge squares while others are more like triangles. I know sometimes things get overlooked when trying to meet demand but letting this bad of product make it to the customer is just not acceptable. Their team needs to try harder. Needless to say I will have to take my business elsewhere. I hope they tighten up their shot group.

Online it says that they are open until 5 on Saturdays. I called to make sure, the guy who answered said well today we will close at 4. I showed up at 3:15 but he already was gone to start his Saturday night. The place needs better help ...
