The people are extremely honest and helpful! Have reel mower, which is something they rarely work on, and they tackled the job! They didn’t overcharge me and if anything they undercharged me!!

Had a mower brought here for maintenance and wasn't starting. Ilhadent ran the mower in a few months since receiving the mower. Went to start and it still wouldn't. Came back here to talk to someone about the work that was done and was told it had been pressure washed when it's still covered in dirt and grim from before. Also was told they "cleaned" the spark plug instead of replacing it to save me money. Like a 3 dollar plug is gonna salve me that much. They wanted more money and wouldn't honor the work the so called technician did. Will never bring anything to them again.

Magnolia Small Engine is the best! I've had several small engines fixed along with maintenance on my riding mower with them several times. The owners are not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also extremely nice and appreciate every customer and their needs. I HIGHLY recommend using MSE!

I brought in a set of new mower tires to be mounted on a pair of 8" rims. The old tires needed to be taken off first and breaking those beads can be tough, which is why I brought them in. They charged $90 to do it. If your thinking that sounds a bit high, well that's about the price it costs to have truck tires mounted and balanced. Also, when I got home I noticed one of the tires had the bead not seated. I emailed back to them, never heard back. Spent about an hour deflating and inflating trying to get the tire bead set right. I have a cheap old compressor that wasnt much help but eventually I got it. Not what I expected for $90. Everyone was really nice though and they were pretty fast, I got the tires back the next day.
