(Updating to 3 stars) Setup a tool reservation and they made for the wrong date, called in to change it- was told no problem Disconnected (thought it was taken care of) called back after getting notice that my rental expired, told I could redo it online for another $150 hold fee then transferred to nowhere after asking for a manager since it would be 3-5 days before I would get the first deposit back. sat in hold purgatory for 15 minutes before I hung up and called again. Transferred to customer service then placed on hold again without having a chance to verify if they knew I was waiting on a manager. 25 minutes later and I am still on the store hold line. Finally spoke with manager, who took care of issue and set the tool aside so no one else could rent it. Unfortunately when I picked up the took it was missing a key part which made it useless.

It's really hard to find help here. And when you do it's half hearted. I asked for help finding sealer that was in stock. They found a pallet that said only 2 were there but online it said 8 we're in stock. They said guess online was wrong. Well I looked and looked and found another pallet with 5 more. Just a little more time and effort helping would be great!

Once you pay they treat you right. I’ve been driving around several Home Depot’s, I’ve been looking for product availability online. I understand stock on hand might not be accurately but the fact that you walk up to Pro Desk and the lady just tells me straight at my face that I need to do a special order just shows the lack of incompetence. I needed all inventory available and the lady (older) didn’t bother to search her inventory or check with her coworker down at lumber then the guy from lumber said the same thing so I had to beg him to please check for it because I need it same day. I’m a regular customer and I’ve seen the good and the bad, but today I definitely needed to get my material. Only reason why I’m not giving less star rating it’s because they had 90% of the inventory, the guy who rang me out was very polite and the guys outside were very efficient.

Store is always very well stocked. The place is normally clean and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The plant section always seems to be well cared for (for a "box" store). The lines are always fast too

I know they cut it but I don't think they tread it.
Couldnt say havent been in the gardening department recently.
They have many different styles including the ones that mount on the ceiling that simulates rain

Not sure but there customer service is very knowledgeable and I'm sure could get you that info with 1 phone call
You can check on line or call the store. But I think you will have to call a contractor.
