This place is awful. My Mom was there. She had many falls and the staff were negligent with the care for my Mom. Due to her last fall, she died. Please don't bring your love ones here. You are better off trying to care for them yourself.

My family member has been a long-term care resident at Copper Ridge for almost one year. I am very pleased with his care and with the attentiveness of all the staff. The Copper Ridge staff make themselves available whenever I have questions and my family member is kept clean, well-fed, with enough daily activities to keep each day interesting for him. Fortunately, I live close enough that I can visit my family member almost every day and have formed nice working relationships with the various staff who directly care for my family member. I have been able to see firsthand their commitment to care for all the residents and the interest they have in making Copper Ridge a safe, clean, and pleasant place for long-term care residents to thrive. I am very happy my family member is being well cared-for by the folks at Copper Ridge!

My Mother is a resident here at Peak. She gets wonderful care. I am very happy with the facility and staff. The place is kept clean. The food is good. My Mother eats all of her meals. The caretakers go the extra steps to be sure my Mother is happy and content. The staff is great with communication. I am kept informed about any needs concerning my Mother's health, rehab needs, safety and happiness. This is definitely a 5 star facility for those in need of compassionate care.
