Not a bad mall. I'm sure if I lived here, I would pick this as the place to be. I'll ignore that a good portion of the shops were empty, but only because malls in general are not doing well.

We liked this mall. It is very clean and the kids area was great. Wish it was a little bigger because it can get crowded with the larger kids. Still, my toddlers had fun. The stores are nice with decent selections.

We were pleasantly surprised by this older mall.. Been coming here since the late 80's and can't believe how nostalgic it would be to stop in.. This mall is very well kept, lots of shopping options, they have a full since play place and arcade, they also have a massive food court with many options. They have all the favorites as well.. like Victoria secret, build a bear, Spencer's, fye, Macy's, lots of jewelry stores, gaming stores and one store that's a major throw back for the 80's & 90s nostalgia! We had a lot of fun spending many hours exploring and having fun!

On this visit the mall was closed. It doesn't open until 11 on Saturdays. But we still had fun taking pics. I like the cute animals the kids can ride and the little playground for small kids. The mini Florence Ya'll water tower is adorable and funny. Fav stores are Hallmark, Hot Topic and the IDS Gaming store. I do miss the Florence Mall the way it was in the 80's and 90's. But, time has sadly changed the way we shop. Still a solid mall.

Christmas eve till either 5 or 6 PM. Closed Christmas day.
Not typically but they really can't ask you if it's a service dog. If they do, all you have to say is that you have anxiety and your dog is what keeps it in check.
Yes they are open on July 4th but it will be a limited hours of operation.
Do you want formal or casual? The only place o get formal dresses is Macy and JCPenny. You could get a cute casual dress at just about any of the other clothing stores.
I dont recall seeing any signs saying you can't, but don't be that guy.
True, there are Jordan's there
Verizon. It just works. You can talk all day about pricing plans and free phones and stuff but at the end of the day the service has to work and a cheap phone or low phone bill is no substitute for non-working service. There's no guarantee against dead spots, but overall VZW service is more reliable.
The Cirque Italia Water Circus is at the Florence Kentucky Mall on Mall Road under the blue and white tent. Starts Thursday November 4th, 2017 thru Sunday, November 7th.
What did you do? Why the certain time frame
Unfortunately no they do not
Across the street from the mall is a Men's Warehouse and a David's bridal.
Yes you can. I believe you can put the option to avoid the freeway in your GPS.
I believe it's Mon-Thurs until 7pm. Fri & Sat until 8pm and Sunday until 6pm
We were at Florence mall before the Governor's order!
Closes at 9pm wk days and 6 PM on Sun. Hope this helps. Have a good day. Ps check out the store Gabes by St. ELIZABETH HOSPITAL IN Florence. Great deals.
Depends on what you are looking to buy. Most things are reasonably priced, but there is something that are overpriced

No, not physically inside the Mall. There's one near the Mall in the south parking lot.
I'm not sure if it's set up by the retailers or the mall I wouldn't get in contact with the director.
I'm going with no. I didn't even know they had a train at any time. You could always call guest services
Nope sorry
Not this BAD, to where I don't even go in there anymore. You can't even get close to the store from in side the mall with that smell coming out in the mall. Really BAD!!
I am not sure you can go online and find one. There is a Macy they probably have it. They actually have a great Macy. Hope you find what you're looking for.
Macy's entrance on the first floor
They have an awesome movie theater in the same parking lot as the mall just not inside it.
Little late now but yes they are open and Limited hours.
10:00 am - 9:00 pm with post regarding 4th of July!

Yes...there was one in either Macys or JCP.
YES they do. GOD BLESS .
Yes, Santa will be there between 2:00 & 4:00

No. They do not pay well enough to have anyone well trained.
It is open 8am to 6pm on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas day
Perhaps they are not seriously observing the dangers their customers are experiencing. Have they had to call for community help? Police 👮? What has happened that has put their lives in fear?
Exit 180 Mall Road
Not sure, but, this is a failing mall. Many, of its stores are closed.
