My wife was at the location in Aurora/Lawrenceburg and got in line there were three vehicles and the man in front of her said that he has been waiting for 45 minutes.and she said that they is two bays and only one was open .so she said that she can't wait in the car with 90 + temperature outside.so she left.and said that she will be going somewhere else because it only takes 15 minutes to change the oil in the car or truck.. there is no reason for people to be in line for that long. You all can do a better job than that.

Went in for an oil change. During the process I was asked if I wanted filters replaced. I was shown each filter from my car so I could decide. I loved this. It was the same with other services I was offered. I was informed about my brakes …Fantastic people and exceptional service are essential!
