First of all, pictures are deceiving. Our room didn't look anything like them. A roach was seen as soon as we got there, curtains smelled like smoke and probably haven't been washed in years, beds weren't comfortable, found hair in one bed, toilet wasn't clean, low shower pressure, no soap, one wash cloth, no dresser or place to hang clothes, not enough lighting, and probably more. I would give zero stars if I could.

We had made reservations for a room for 1 night, we had been given the nastiest uncleaned room they could’ve. had spider webs 1 bed had 3 pillows one only had one no pictures on the wall the room smelled like someone had just got done smoking stains on the window curtains and the room had paint missing so meaning to say we went and demanded a refund guy didn’t want to give it to us and finally got him to refund us. Went down the street and stayed at the Smokey lodge. Way better. Room 104 was in very bad shape.

No cleaning the rooms , bring Towels, it was dirty my feet was black after walking around. Charge 3.99 a day for services you never received.up grade room but still didn’t get the up graded plus was charged 450. When total price was supposed to be 427. I will never return .

After having to evacuate our cabin at 3am & not being able to rent any rooms any where in pigeon forge. The gentleman with the dreds & Jamacan accent was really helpful & caring! The room wasn't 5 stars but it was better than the community center floor! Very appreciated!
