Quick response tie for installation. Best pricve in the area. Both the salesperson and Installer were very knowledgeable and were super courteous.

In the beginning had no complaints but now cameras are not working properly nor is the deadbolt smart lock. Having issues for over 7 months and only received a $6.00 credit. Can never reach anyone to resolve the issues we are experiencing. Vector is marking up the equipment that they are selling to the customers. I found the exact keypad at home depot. I called Vector to price theirs and what I saw for $80 at Home Depot was $300 at Vector. Rip off....On hold at this very moment to cancel services..

I've had cameras for years from Vector Security. I went to the office and spoke with Tony in upper management about upgrading. It took time to get the product as it is all over but he was great in communicating with me throughout the process. He sent Frank and Daniel to install the new cameras. They were great! Professional and very knowledgeable. What a difference in the product and time it took for the install! Even the time it took to adjust the cameras was amazing! I think they were here one and an half hours total. I loved the first cameras but these are amazing! So much so that I had two more installed two days ago. Even that only took about a little over an hour. These guys were amazing. The product and cost were very fair. I even had them change out my sensors on my alarm system which was done about a week ago. I would definitely recommend Vector Security. I am so thrilled with my new cameras. Thank you Tony, Frank and Daniel.

My immediate problem is that I cannot get anyone to return my calls for service! This has been an ongoing problem for nearly a year. We moved to our current home last May and decided to go with Vector since they were already monitoring the home we purchased. The sales experience started out ok until the salesman offered to help us with our move-in since he needed extra cash. Next, the initial tech set up the system without ever talking to us to determine which door(s) we wanted as our entrance for the system. Then, we had to have a tech come out and change things, at a cost to us! On more than one occasion I have had to contact a technician. Some of the calls resulted in my call being cut off before ever talking with anyone. Sometimes I was able to get through to a person but was told they didn't have the staff to send out. They have scheduled and then cancelled appointments. 2+ weeks ago a technician came to our house to again connect the cameras to wifi. He was unable to do so and told me to contact a technician who works on our computers to find out what our security protocol was, and then to call him back and he would walk me through the connection. I did contact our tech who was able to get one of the cameras connected to wifi. One week ago I called Vector and requested the tech call me back to walk me through connecting to wifi. NO RESPONSE yet! I have left messages with the sales manager requesting a call from the general manager. NO RESPONSE! I have tried to message them on FB. NO RESPONSE! Interesting, all of their reviews on FB are from February 18 - 27, 2019!! I even tried to reach senior company management on LinkedIn and there is NO contact information!

No, you don’t need a landline for monitoring. We have security systems that use wireless monitoring technology, such as cellular and Wi-Fi. If you prefer to use a landline, we can still back up your system with wireless communication in the event your phone service is disrupted.

Yes! We offer wireless control panels as well as wireless monitoring. Wireless control panels allow for “cleaner” installation as there is no need to pull wire. Wireless monitoring means you don’t need a phone line to have your system monitored; it can be done through cellular or Wi-Fi communication.

To print your certificate, just click the “Insurance Certificate” link on our Customer Portal home page. Select a site from the dropdown menu (if you have more than one property on your account) and then click the green “Download Insurance Certificate” button. Just call your local branch if you don't have access to a printer.
