This place is not a reliable source to get uniforms from, and won’t restock for months! No one ever answers the phone and I’ve had to make multiple blank trips all the way across town to simply ask a question, not convenient at all. The schools need to get a new contact with a better more reliable company. This is place is horrible, rude unprofessional with extreme wait times in store and I wish I didn’t have to get my children’s clothing from here.

The exchange and refund policies are a joke , you can’t refund anything even if they sold you defective merchandise and you want exchange it can’t be if it was discounted even if only by their promo! The fact that the charter schools force us to only do business with this store is outrageous. I would legit rather iron the logos on myself. As far as scrubs are concerned try them on , inspect them all of that in the store because while the little blond man will say he apologizes he does so in snarky way with a Roll of his eyes.
