I started with Allied Universal Monday October 3rd. I was told by the operations manager that I would be making 16.50 an hour for the post I was assigned to. I was also told I would get travel pay for traveling to Jacksonville 3 times in the week. I should of been paid for 31 hours and was only paid for 24 and that didn’t include travel pay. I was never told that there is training pay which is 12 an hour. I was also advised that the contract for my post is in fact a 15 an hour armed post. They played with my time and my money. Do not recommend this company for work. The people at head quarters are rude and extremely unprofessional in Jacksonville. I come from a structured background and Allied is far from structured. I hope this message reaches you in time before you make the biggest mistake of your life. My site supervisor Ryan is one of the best supervisors I have ever worked for and the team at my site is awesome. It is unfortunate that I will not be continuing my journey with them due to the lack of ethics, morale, and integrity of the operations manager. Chris Shearon is a joke. Please be cautious when dealing with him and make sure you keep documentation of any and all interactions with him. It will save you a lot of headaches. Please share❗️

I worked for this company making very little money was promised a raise never got it. When I was hired I stated to the hiring manager that I needed part time because of school he stated that was fine. He hired me and put me in a full time position. Once school started I sent him a copy of my school schedule. We worked out a schedule that we tried which was Wednesdays 6pm to midnight, Thursdays 2pm to 8am the next morning the back Friday 4pm to midnight and right back Saturday morning from 8am to 4pm. After trying that schedule for a week I decided to turn in my resignation because it was to demanding. The Manager Ismael didn’t want to except it said he would work something out because he didn’t want to have to find anyone in short notice. So he hired a guy for part time like he stated and he would work three days and I would work three days that way we both are part time. Yesterday he sends me a text stating that he had to let me go due to paying employees overtime. Which wasn’t solely related to me cause one employee had to take leave to see about his mother and not only that if it was a problem why didn’t you say that from the beginning instead of leading me on like you where going to keep me on. Then how unprofessional to send a text. I kept all the Correspondence And he is clearly wrong for the way the whole situation took place. I am going to take further action. He isn’t a great communicator at all. Never answers his phone and he only responds if he needs something.

They neglect to pay you even tho you volunteer to work extra hours to be a success if an employee is to do a good job the company needs to do a good job as well that's great customer service. An employee is not to be expected to work at anytime if the company does not pay an emoee correctly IN A TIMELY MANNER. I worked for Allied and Allied Barton there were no issue but Allied Universal seems to have many issues with payroll. It does not look good. As a emoee I come to work early and on time and expected to do my job I expect my paycheck to correct for taking my time that I come work.

Good luck with trying to contact any good managers in that branch office
$12-$15. Get a TWIC card and you'll make more.
In their defense the office is very busy. It's better when you have someone's direct line when calling.
the facilities director at the place he has been working and if you haven't his name give his description
Sometimes. Depends on the site. If tell them your availability, they'll try to find one.
I would check with my account mgr I. I believe you are allowed under medical leave or family leave act but i would double check 2 be sure 👌.
There are several variations depending on your site and tasks
Depends on what the contract is and what facility you're at. Hope this helps answer your question.
No. Uniforms are given for free. You just need to return them when leaving the company.
