I truly want to give this unprofessional credit restoration no stars but its not possible. I started with Vivian@ovationcreditin June and she's done NOTHING in 5 month but collect a payment. She sold a dream that she could fix credit in 3 months that was a lie! I reached out twice for a status update yesterday no response. But she can email today to state they had to close the account without explanation. This company is all for collecting money please don't use this place and expect your credit to be fixed. You'll have a rude awakening!

I have haven't been with the company long but I'm pleased with the results this far. Speaking with the ladies that keep me informed about the progress helps a good deal with my confidence in them. Every company claims to be number one at what they do so I don't choose based hearsay or even reviews because my experience will be different from anyone else's . Just saying so far so good . Also want so say how much I appreciate the young lady helped me yesterday with some very important questions I had about being able to go forward with some other financial things and the recommendation she provided me with. Yes they do. They got my credit score from s 5 to 668. And I have not had credit cards in over 15 years. I now have two and they are sending me more

While talking with a Credit Analyst during the sign-up process, clients are asked to provide their billing info including credit card. Once the new client agrees to enroll, we send an email confirming enrollment to the email address provided by the client. They have three different packages ranging from 40$ to 120$ its paid like a subscription every month I got the middle pack 80 dollars totally worth the money
It only took less than a month and i watched my credit score go up drastically
It's about 100 a month for as long as you want them. No contract, but they do almost all communication thru email and you have to do alot of the work too.
