I made a reservation and the day of check in I had a family issue and could not make it. They refused to work with me. I will never stay in another Quality Inn, all they care about is money. I have been staying at the Quality Inn in Dandridige TN for over 20 years, but no more.

Very clean and mostly comfortable. They could try to do something about the air conditioning blowing directly on the beds. There is not much to do and see in the area, and no place to get a really good meal. I recommend this hotel only as a one-night stay if you are traveling to another destination.

Room very clean, bed excellent. Breakfast good.Hotel was completely full, w lots of big trucks and bass boats. right off I40. Despite all that (boats all gone when we got up), we heard nothing! Greeted cheerfully, got restaurant recommendation.would stay here again.

We have stayed multiple times at Quality Inn and will definitely return. Great customer service. Staff always very pleasant and friendly. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable , breakfast was good. The people there are so nice. Definitely recommending this place.
