I am from out of state in a much more fast past area so the adjustment to this slower calm community is difficult for me however every member of the Hampton inn’s employees are helpful and polite. The breakfast food is great and the rooms are clean. We reserved through the Hilton app which guaranteed us a connecting rooms most chain hotels do not guarantee this accommodation with out making a phone call so that was great. The cleaning staff is short so our rooms were not ready on time however they were sure to personally call me and let me know once each room was cleaned. My favorite thing about this hotel chain is the app has a virtual key card. It is the easiest hotel virtual key I’ve ever used and so long as Bluetooth is on you can access the pool, gym, laundry etc. oh and there is a jacuzzi! I’m thrilled we chose to stay with Hampton inn during our family reunion.

My wife and I travel often for vacation and competition cookoffs and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. The hotel smelled really good also. It's in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was I wished the pool had been a tad bit warmer. I hope the Hampton Inn appreciates the current staff they have in place and does everything they can to keep them. We will definitely be back to stay here when we visit Pigeon Forge.

Normally, I would let the Hampton Inn response to my one star rating slide, if it weren’t for the fact that the real issue is not the pet fee. When I called to make the reservation, I was told there might be a pet fee. When I signed in, the pet fee was not included in the statement of charges, although now I am told it was in the small print below my signature. Nonetheless, when I asked at checkin about a pet fee, the clerk said again there might be a small fee. Imagine my surprise when I opened up my email later, fifty miles down the road, to find they added $75.00 to my earlier statement for a pet fee. That is the reason for the one star— integrity.
