We are traveling and needed to stop for the night. Some other places in town looked less than desirable or were completely out of our price range. We stopped here and Kirsten was more than accommodating. They didn’t have the room we asked for with 2 queens, and the king suite was more than our budget allowed, so she worked with us and made it happen. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well, it was quiet, and we all got a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel and parking areas are safe for a women traveling alone. The front office clerk offered to make fresh coffee for 4 am when I mentioned I had an early departure. Negative: NA

Doors, windows, carpet filthy, headboards, and flees ! Manager rude when I told her rooms smell really bad and place needs a good cleaning she instantly started hollering at me several guests heard it. Other employees heard it also. Got cussed by a housekeeper because I was a couple minutes late checking out. Other employees heard this also. Outside the rooms they were loud and obnoxious. Housekeepers upstairs smoking on balcony.(non smoking hotel) I arrived in the dark and did not notice the grounds outside in the back. Garbage everywhere. Burn pit right behind hotel. Will never go back.. IHG hotels should be ashamed. Don't believe me see for yourself just have a backup hotel reserved. Had 2 rooms reserved and both terrible.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. My only complaint was the noise factor which is not really the fault of the hotel. Parents letting kids run wild up and down halls, well past the 10pm "quiet time" signs. I have kids and understand they need to run a bit but....do so with respect to other guests who are trying to rest. I also wish I had been given the option of choosing my "view" when booking room (and maybe it was there and I missed it?) one side of hotel had breathtaking views of the mountains and the other side had Shoney's...I'd have paid more for the mountain view.
