I feel like I was scammed out of my money. Over the phone, the campground sounded like a very nice place to stay. We were severely disappointed with everything. Based on the few photos online, the campground looked new when that was not the case. It was run down and there was no view of the lake. The wifi did not work. People were driving in and out of the campground until 2 am and were very loud so we barely had any sleep.

We found this place online as we were moving from another state. Let’s just say it’s nothing like the pics they post or tell you. First our camper was delivered to the wrong spot and nobody called us. When we arrived it was so unlevel and unable to be leveled due to grounds. Not to mention they had us placed under a walnut tree dropping huge balls on the camper and our cars. So we complain and they tell us our only option is to go to a spot with a porch. And….of course the porch is rotten and not suitable or safe. We were told we would have to pay to fix it. Which we did. The water never works (prolly cause they are clueless how to plumb and too cheap to actually pay for good people to do the work) They have fires at the electric meters (same reason nobody can do it correctly) They say they only allow campers 10 years…a lie. They do weekly’s here and let them have leaking roofs, bug infestations, no smoke alarms, and half the doors do not lock. I would not dare touch the pool…🤮🤮🤮 The laundry/bathroom is a joke!!!! Oh and after we were told by the useless manager where to park he later told us we could not park there and it would be 40 extras month to park. A JOKE!!! This place is nasty and run down. Perfect spot for dopeheads!!! And the other spot lake cove…🤣🤣🤣 another waste!!! I wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy!!!

The place isn't all bad especially since they got rid of the staff that was dishonest. But there needs to be major attention paid to the amenities that's offered. The showers do not exist any longer. There are no public restrooms and the laundry facilities work but it's just nasty in there. The green algae has finally been removed from the pool but the water is ice cold and the outdoor lounge furniture is in shambles. 12/16/21] I intended to update this a few months ago but life has a way of keeping you busy, there was some work done and the showers were made operational, the bathrooms as well (though in reality it's all the same rooms) there are 2 rooms for the shower/bathroom and both are unisex and first come first serve. Still they are in no way, shape, or form anywhere close to being clean. The laundry room was never cleaned or fixed up and an attempt was made at making the pool useable but without success, (as it is off season now the pool is closed of course) And the last time I checked the laundry facilities were either out of order or just shut down. I really hope to see a tremendous improvement upon the conditions of the amenities in the 2022 season! I think with the new management we stand a chance at it anyway! 😊

Not a campsite but you can stay over night for free if there is a spot open

Long term is permitted.. or it was a year ago. But should still be allowed
I only know what the monthly rent is if you sign a yr. lease, it's $250.00 per mo & you pay electric which I've figured out they charge 11.98 cents per kilowatt & a $7.00 fee to take a pic of the meter ea mo. It's definately one of the more reasonable places in the whole area. Water is included & wi-fi is there, but you have to go by the laundry area to get good reception. I recommend an unlimited phone plan to get the internet
