Art can be submitted via email or a file sharing service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Wetransfer. We will confirm with you once it’s received.
Please save 300DPI hi-res artwork as print ready PDFs. All fonts are to be outlined and all images embedded. If the printing is to be full bleed (if any color runs to the edge of the piece) an additional bleed or .125" on all sides in order to trim the piece to size.
Most projects are eligible for two-day (48 Hour) turnaround. Some orders confirmed prior to 11:00AM may be eligible for same day pick-up. Turnaround time may increase based on the size and scope of your project. Your project manager will communicate an estimated turnaround time when placing your order.
Of course, we have dollies and carts to handle large orders and we’ll be happy to load your project into your vehicle.
Upon arriving, you’ll find a call box directory. Scroll through the addresses and select Chicago Printworks. We’ll buzz you in from there!
Yes, free street parking is available. Occasionally, street parking at Printworks can be difficult. If you have difficulty parking or prefer contactless pick-up, please call us and we’ll happily deliver directly to your car.
Finished projects can be picked up once a project completion notice has been received. Projects can be picked up from Printworks Monday through Friday from 10AM through 6PM. Please note, all projects must be paid in full in order to be released.
We accept credit cards, checks, or exact cash payments. Full Payment is required upon pick-up, or prior to delivery or shipping. A 50% deposit is required for all projects exceeding $250.00 and the balance is due prior to pick-up, delivery, or shipping.
Yes! We have a number of delivery and shipping options available. While pick-up is preferred, we’ll happily messenger or ship to you directly. Please note, delivery is an additional cost and a quote can be provided upon request. All projects must be paid in full in order to be released for delivery.
