This company continues to bill my card after dsputing the charges. Do not use this company if you dont want to keep getting charged for services not received. The company is advertising virtual offices in the state of Wyoming. The offices are not owned by Opus so they don’t know anything about the office you maybe buying, second some of the offices are UPS locations. They do not disclose this at the signing of the contract. Contracts are based on both parties performing. In this case Opus did not provide what is advertised and did not provide full disclosure when this contract was signed by our company without full and accurate information. My Office Manager attempted to discuss this with the Office manager at the company and she stood by taking our money even though it was a lie. We use other companies and have no issues. This company should call itself a mail service not a virtual office. It’s not accurate. As a result of this shady advertising we refuse to pay and we cancelled. The company still is billing even though we did not use the services or receive mail. I have disputed charges 3 times and received my money back and this company is still billing. The credit card company finally ordered the merchant account of Opus to stop the billing. Buyer beware.

This company is a scam. Stay far far away from this company. They advertise virtual offices and use UPS stores as the address. If you want a professional office address do not use this company. AFter they fasly advertised the services they billed my credit card for $1200 and refused to refund my money after canceling. I received a call from UPS and found out that these were not virtual offices. The customer sservice is terrible. Support never calls back and they avoid you calls to cancel. BUYER BEWARE
