I tried reaching them for 3 weeks. Called and left several voicemails. I sent several emails. I submitted several contact forms online. No one has gotten back to me. I've finally given up. I wonder if they are still up and running.

The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce is a business to business member organization. You would need to contact Choose Chicago, which is an organization most like a Visitors Bureau. ChooseChicago.com.

Have a resident trying to obtain information concerning a Chicago business called Southwest Engines. He has ordered from them and feels he's getting no response when calling for information about shipment. I tried to research Chicago CofC members.

Southwest Engines isn't a Chamber member. Have you tried reaching out to the city's Consumer Affairs department?
