The best thing about Pacific View is it’s fabulous care staff. They are supported by a concerned management team and are responsive to the individual needs of residents. Though my mother has severe cognitive decline, she is able to live comfortably and safely in Assisted Living. When faced with the pandemic, the staff worked together exceedingly hard to be sure that no residents contacted COVID. They implemented all sorts of creative ideas during the lockdown to keep residents engaged and connected with families virtually. I’ve toured numerous residential communities in Oregon and Pacific View is by far a cut above the rest.

No, we up to this point have not had COVID-19 in the community. Our teams did a phenomenal job preventing any cases. We follow all CDC guidelines and best practices from the health department, including wearing face masks, practicing social distancing, and washing hands frequently.
The health department limits in-apartment visits, but we are scheduling Welcome Window and outdoor visits. We are hoping to allow more indoor visitors soon.

Our virtual tours allow those interested to see and experience all of our community, staff, and residents. We customize these tours to make sure each family sees and learns about what is important to them. We hope to initiate in-person tours just as soon as it is safe for our residents and visitors.
