never answer the phone. i have covid and am sick so i don’t want to come into the office but I’m left with no choice if i called 3 times every day for the past 4 days and waited an hour each call. they don’t answer but when you go there, they’re not busy at all

I gave it three stars because my last experience here was really nice and there was a young lady who helped me throughout everything and made it really easy for me and I was able to come in and go quickly. But I recently just went, and this experience was awful and not only did I experience racism, but the lady I dealt with was completely agitated and impatient. She would ask me what I needed, and when I would tell her, it’s almost as if she rolled her eyes at me. I am perfectly fluent in English, I was born and raised in the states and I have a bachelors degree. The lady asked me if I knew English in a degrading tone, and I said yes. Then she proceeded to ask me what other languages I know so she can get me someone to give me some assistance. I proceeded to tell her that I am perfectly fluent in English. I believe it was because I am Muslim and wearing muslim attire, so she probably thinks I’m uneducated and don’t know English even though I was speaking to her in English….i don’t quite understand why i was treated that way tbh scared to go back again because i’m a introvert so that experience was overwhelming

I was dreading going here because of previous DHS experiences, waiting in line for hours. Instead, I was in and out in about 40 minutes! Plus the staff was helpful and took their time answering my questions.
