Horrible customer support. The handful of times I had issues with marketplace, I've emailed back and forth with them and they just send these generic responses that don't help your issue at all and they you have to cancel the order and the buyer leaves you bad feedback because of facebook's mistake

Unable to get help from Facebook. No response to online problem reports. No way to call or chat. Two factor authentication fails every time. If I persist, I might get an authentication code by text in 15 minutes. If I disable two factor authentication, the next login forces me to enable it again. I wonder why Facebook subscriptions are declining?
