I came here to visit my girlfriend, who lives here, from Florida. And i am just blown away at how nice and well kept the grounds are. I come from a place where public housing has roaches and slum lords who could not care less about the condition of a place. Not here. The grounds keepers i met were friendly and very attentive to the property. The lady I met up front (back in December on my first visit) Was very nice to talk with and was extreamly helpful to Amanda. The more I learned during my stay, the more i was pleased with this place. Solar panels, grills, covered dumpster areas and a kids park. Where I'm from places like this would rum anywhere from $900 to $1,200 a month. Kudos to the people that bult this place.
